Chicken & Rice Casserole
In greased large casserole, pour 2 cups white rice, add thawed and lightly browned in butter, chicken breasts. Cover with Family Size can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup, plus 1 four cup box of Chicken Broth. Cover and Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Love it with Green Beans and Rhodes Rolls.

Have you ever done stuffing on the top?? I cook the stove top like the box instructs, then put it on top of the rice and chicken and bake! DELICIOUS!!! Also, I have added in broccoli florets, and that seems to be delicious too!! BUT I LOVE STUFFING on the TOP!! YUM!!

I'm making this tonight, sister. Thanks, as usual, for great dinner ideas.

How is school going for you? I'm sure you have it tightly under control, at home and at work.

We need to have another get-together...last year's was so fun.
