Cook and crumble 1 lb sausage, remove from pan and drain grease except for about 1 tablespoon, in sausage grease saute 1 onion, when onion is transparent and almost carmelized add 1 (8 oz can) diced green chiles.

Pour meat/veggie mixture into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Mix 1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt (depending on the saltiness of your meat)
1/8 tsp pepper
2 eggs
and 1 cup grated cheese
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes before serving.
