Large bag frozen hash browns or potatoes O'brien
1 onion minced and sauteed in butter
1 carton sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cube margarine or butter
Sautee onions in large pan with butter, add sour cream, and soup. Heat and pour, (into 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam) over hash browns, toss with cheese. Cover and Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover, and top with more cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Fabulous with ham.
